Nutrition Solutions is a healthcare provider and nutrition consulting business, which is owned and operated by Licensed and Registered Dietitians. We specialize in Medical Nutrition Therapy and have the first independently owned outpatient clinic in the tri-state area. We opened November 2002 and strive to meet the  needs of the community in offering nutrition services for all needs.

Meet the staff:

Georgia Janssen, MS RD LDN, Owner

Georgia has been a Registered Dietitian since 1991, bringing many years of experience to the community. Georgia believes education is the first step in bringing about change and nutrition intervention, when combined with positive lifestyle changes, can improve the lives of people in our own community. She looks forward to providing nutrition and health services for those looking to improve their health. Georgia received her Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Western Illinois University in 1989 and her Master of Science degree in Nutrition Education from Eastern Illinois University in 1990.

Mindy Wallace, RD LDN

Mindy has been a Registered Dietitian since 2001, graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University and completing her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University. She comes with a strong background in renal/dialysis education. However, she also has experience in diabetes, weight loss and cardiovascular disease. Mindy is excited about providing nutrition education for those interested in improving their health with nutrition intervention. She believes, "When there is a will, there is a way!"
